Creator Competition
Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

The Competition is organised by FAN2SEE LTD., a company incorporated and registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria ("FAN2SEE", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Competition Period

• The Competition runs on a rolling monthly basis, with each calendar month constituting a separate, independent competition cycle (each a "Monthly Cycle").
• Each Monthly Cycle begins at 00:00 on the first day of the month and ends at 23:59 on the last day of the month (West Africa Time).
• The leaderboard resets at the start of each Monthly Cycle; totals do not carry over between months.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate and qualify for the prize, a creator must:

1. Be a verified FAN2SEE Creator aged 18 years or older;
2. Have completed all required identity, age, and compliance verification checks;
3. Post private content (premium or subscriber-only content) during the relevant Monthly Cycle;
4. Receive a minimum of 100 likes from at least 25 unique fans on your private content during the relevant Monthly Cycle;
5. Maintain an account in good standing, with no active suspensions, restrictions, or unresolved violations;
6. Comply at all times with the Platform Terms.

Failure to meet any eligibility requirement may result in disqualification.

4. Competition Mechanics

4.1 Basis of Competition

• Rankings are determined by the total number of likes a creator receives on their private content (premium or subscriber-only posts) during a Monthly Cycle.
• Only likes on private content are counted; likes on public posts do not count towards the Competition.
• The creator with the highest total of valid likes at the end of the Monthly Cycle wins.

4.2 Valid Likes

A like will only be counted if it is genuine. Likes that are bought, incentivised, generated by bots, or otherwise artificially inflated are excluded and may result in disqualification.

FAN2SEE's internal records and analytics shall be final and binding in determining like counts and the winner.

4.3 Minimum Qualifying Threshold

To qualify for the prize in any Monthly Cycle, a creator must receive a minimum of 100 likes on their private content from at least 25 unique fans during that Monthly Cycle. A creator who does not meet this threshold is not eligible to win that month, regardless of their position on the leaderboard.

4.4 Ties

In the event of a tie, the prize will be awarded to the creator who reached the tied total first.

5. Prize

For each Monthly Cycle, a single prize will be awarded:

• Most-Liked Creator: ₦1,000,000 (One Million Naira)

The prize is awarded per month, is in addition to the creator's regular earnings, and does not roll over between Monthly Cycles.

6. Prize Payment

• Cash prizes will be paid via the creator's registered payout method.
• Prize payments are subject to:
  • identity and compliance verification;
  • fraud, dispute, and payment review checks;
  • applicable taxes, where required by law.
• FAN2SEE reserves the right to delay prize payments where investigations are required.

7. Disqualification

FAN2SEE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any creator who:

• breaches any Platform Terms;
• engages in fraudulent activity or manipulation of likes;
• artificially inflates like counts through bought, incentivised, or bot-generated likes;
• fails to actively engage on the platform;
• posts content that violates the Platform Terms;
• engages in conduct that harms the integrity or reputation of the platform.

Disqualified creators forfeit any entitlement to prizes for the affected Monthly Cycle.

8. Moderation & Verification

FAN2SEE may review creator activity, content, and like data at any time during or after the Competition. All determinations regarding eligibility, rankings, and winners are final.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAN2SEE's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be limited to ₦50,000.

10. Changes or Termination

FAN2SEE reserves the right to:

• modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time;
• amend these Terms & Conditions where required by law or operational necessity.

Where reasonably possible, notice of material changes will be provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
