IMPORTANT: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.
These Creator Referral Program Terms form part of the Fan2See Terms of Use and govern participation in the Fan2See Creator Referral Program. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If there is any conflict between these Referral Terms and the general Terms of Use, these Referral Terms shall govern with respect to referral-related matters.
"Referral Program" means the Fan2See creator referral program described herein.
"Referrer" means an approved Creator who generates and shares a valid referral link.
"Referred Creator" means a new Creator who registers on Fan2See using a Referrer's valid referral link.
"Gross Revenue" means the total revenue generated by a Referred Creator from eligible monetization features before deduction of platform fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or payment processing fees.
"Attribution Period" means the period during which a Referred Creator's Gross Revenue is attributed to the Referrer for commission purposes.
Participation in the Referral Program is limited to users who:
Fan2See reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke participation in the Referral Program at its sole discretion.
Referral earnings shall only be payable to Referrers who are fully KYC verified at the time of payout.
Referrers shall earn a commission equal to ten percent (10%) of the Gross Revenue generated by each Referred Creator during the applicable Attribution Period, unless otherwise configured by Fan2See.
By default, commission shall apply to subscription revenue only.
Fan2See may, at its sole discretion, enable or disable additional eligible revenue categories, including but not limited to:
The commission percentage, eligible revenue categories, and any other parameters of the Referral Program are subject to change at any time as configured by Fan2See.
Changes may apply prospectively or, where legally permitted, to ongoing referral relationships.
The default Attribution Period is four (4) months from the date the Referred Creator registers on the platform.
The Attribution Period may be modified by Fan2See at its sole discretion.
After the Attribution Period expires, no further commissions shall accrue with respect to that Referred Creator unless otherwise specified by Fan2See.
Attribution shall be determined solely by Fan2See's internal tracking systems. Fan2See's records shall be final and binding in the event of any dispute.
Referral commissions are calculated based on Gross Revenue generated during the Attribution Period.

Fan2See reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse referral earnings in cases involving:
Referrers may not engage in any activity intended to manipulate, exploit, or artificially inflate referral commissions.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Fan2See may investigate any suspected abuse and may, at its sole discretion:
Referrers must remain in good standing throughout participation in the Referral Program.
Any breach of the Fan2See Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or other platform policies may result in immediate termination from the Referral Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Fan2See reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice.
Fan2See may change:
Continued participation in the Referral Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Participation in the Referral Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Fan2See and the Referrer.
Referrers act solely as independent platform users.
Fan2See shall not be liable for:
Fan2See's total liability relating to the Referral Program shall not exceed unpaid referral commissions owed to the Referrer at the time of the claim.
All decisions regarding referral tracking, revenue calculation, attribution, eligibility, and enforcement shall be made by Fan2See in its sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
